About the role

As a Research Assistant, you will support the team in securing major gifts by identifying and quality-assuring potential donors. You will work in an administrative and analytical role, analyzing information to ensure that all partnerships adhere to the organization's ethical guidelines. We are looking for a student who can work at least three days a week and up to full-time during the summer.

Responsibilities

The role involves careful digital investigative work where you collect, analyze, and document information about potential philanthropists and donors.

• Conduct thorough research and online information gathering
• Review public sources to quality-assure potential donors
• Document and compile analyses in internal systems
• Ensure that information complies with the organization's policies
• Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality
• Identify and prioritize potential donors for the organization's pipeline

We are looking for someone who

• Is a student or has another primary occupation of at least 50%
• Has experience in administrative or research-related work
• Is proficient in working digitally and searching for information online
• Has good knowledge of Google Workspace
• Can think critically about information and AI-generated materials
• Has fluent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have

• Knowledge of other Nordic languages
• Previous experience handling sensitive or confidential information
