About the role
As a Research Assistant, you will support the team in securing major gifts by identifying and quality-assuring potential donors. You will work in an administrative and analytical role, analyzing information to ensure that all partnerships adhere to the organization's ethical guidelines. We are looking for a student who can work at least three days a week and up to full-time during the summer.

Responsibilities
The role involves careful digital investigative work where you collect, analyze, and document information about potential philanthropists and donors.
- Conduct thorough research and online information gathering
- Review public sources to quality-assure potential donors
- Document and compile analyses in internal systems
- Ensure that information complies with the organization's policies
- Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality
- Identify and prioritize potential donors for the organization's pipeline
We are looking for someone who
- Is a student or has another primary occupation of at least 50%
- Has experience in administrative or research-related work
- Is proficient in working digitally and searching for information online
- Has good knowledge of Google Workspace
- Can think critically about information and AI-generated materials
- Has fluent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It is an advantage if you have
- Knowledge of other Nordic languages
- Previous experience handling sensitive or confidential information
